Actually, Arrow Fest is an arcade game with stickmen foes and 3D arrows, not a simulation game where you shoot a bow. You must gather the right things to boost the number of your current arrows in order to defeat the level's boss. You can only complete the level when your number of arrows is greater than the boss' health points.
